Mother's Day Bake and Take French Macarons, Saturday, May 10, 1-4 pm

In this hybrid class you will learn the secrets to the perfect macaron, from a crisp and shiny shell to delectable filling ideas. We will use local farm fresh egg whites, local strawberries (if available at the time of class or an organic substitute) and local spirits to make vanilla bourbon, strawberry, pistachio and chocolate macarons. This is a nosh and learn class. Come hungry and ready to bake! Each student will leave with one dozen macarons in ribboned boxes for gift giving or devouring on your own!
