Hi, I’m Kelly.

I’m a classically trained pastry chef (The French Pastry School), third generation professional baker and former bakery owner. I bake with the seasons with respect for ingredients and the farmers who grow them.

I am an award winning baker and two-time winner of the best chocolate cake in Pennsylvania. My original recipes appear in local and national media including Food Network, Cooking Channel, Better Recipes, Good Morning America, Bucks County Taste, General Mills, Nestle and Organic Gardening Magazine.

I develop recipes with the home baker in mind. Whether you are new to baking or a seasoned pro, my tips and tricks will help you unlock the secrets to successful baking every single time. 

I believe that a slice of homemade pie and a good cup of joe can brighten the most sullen of spirits; 

I believe that the aroma of just baked chocolate chip cookies should be bottled as perfume;

I believe that if I give a person a cake, it will sweeten their day; but if I teach a person to bake their own cake, it will change their life.
